I've been faithfully using this everyday after i wash my face....Im not after whitening my face since it's a bit hard to match my arms with my face...It's always my arms that is tanner compare with the rest of my body so i don't wanna look weird with a white face then tan arms...
I wouldn't be able to post result pics for i wasn't able to take pics before i started using it (-_-")
Anyway, i don't think there is much difference anyway...Which just means that i did not have a positive result with it.
Let's start first with its texture...
Its white & not very heavy, which makes spreading it evenly easier compare to other heavy creams. You won't need to use heavy hand in spreading it plus it's so light that it is easily absorbed by the skin.
What i don't like about it is that it has a smell..
It doesn't smell bad..in fact it smell good, but i prefer face creams that is fragrance free or either one that has a light scent. It smells somewhat sweet & flowery. The first time that i used it, it made me wrinkle my nose for i think it's a bit overpowering. I just got used to the smell with my continued use of it.
The ingredients?
Just take a look at this pic
You can even see the label that i put, i started it June 8...
What can i say?
I think it did lighten my skin a bit, but then lately, i've been going out of the house in the middle of the afternoon so i don't see any radical effect when it comes to whitening....
As for the Oil Control...i think the Clean & Clear Moisturizer is better at controlling oil. For after an hour, i have to use an oil film to take away the shine...
Pros:
- cheap
- feels light
- available everywhere
- has UVB/UVA protection
- has that sweet flowery scent
- doesn't control oil that much
As what i said before, i bought this not because i want to whiten my skin but because i need a product that would control my oiliness & this product did a poor job in controlling it.
Now im thinking of trying out anti-aging products instead. Maybe i'll try Nivea's Anti Aging products first.. XP
Hope you girls will have a great weekend!

this is a moisturuzer right?may natry ka na na may good oil control?weakness ko din yun eh.i love how you label your skin products as to when you started using it
Actually seems like you like this product!
Did you use a face suscreen by Nivea?
Ooh I also do not like skin care that smells too flowery. But I like the fact that the cream is light. With our kind of weather, heavy creams would just be too sticky.
I have tried Olay night cream. It has a lot of anti-aging benefits but it didn't work for me. It gave me red bumps, allergic reaction I believe.. Hope you find your perfect anti-aging product =)
you know...im in need of a good moisturizer thats really good for controlling my oily face. I'll make sure to check out that Clean and Clear :)
Nivea makes good skin care line :) So its not too early to start for anti aging products :)
Hmmm no oil control? that's a no no for me! Thanks for the review!
Thanks for sharing! That product is totally reachable and easy to get :) But dang it, if it's not good for controlling oil, then it's not for me! YIKEEES! But maybe, I shall give it a try! Whitening though? Haha, if it's effective, I'm going to look so odd with a tan lower body with a light face.
I've never really been a fan of clean&clear... I like Mary Kay products better. Neutrogena isn't so bad either. Olay is good for most people.
haha, thanks you're so sweet. I'll have to remember to tell Raymond that he's lucky! lol
sis :)
i will wait for any anti-aging posts that you will have in the future...
i do not know how to pick products, i only rely on testimonials... :)
honestly product that I have only tried was nivea creme ..i got allergic reaction pag may whitening formula na :(
nice review as always :)
nivea visage was my everyday moisturizer before, but without the whitening formula. i liked it well enough naman. i hope it works well for you! :)
nivea sparkling white did wonders to my skin.i use both the night and day cream.i started last may and im still using it.It made my skin more resilient to dark spots and i dont have as much pimples as i used to,even post inflammatory hyperpigmentation(darkening after an infected acne or pimples)..i use it in combination with my 2x a week apricot scrub exfoliation and a sunblock when going out..
Lovely review. :)
thanks,hun
